Installation of 42 motorized roller blinds in a housing development of 3 villas in Sant Josep de Talaia, Ibiza. In the glazed living rooms there is a large entrance of natural light, but also high solar incidence. So motorized roller blinds Somfy have been installed with Tahoma system, to be able to operate them with home automation through the mobile.
Tahoma Switch by Somfy replaces any automation system, and links all the roller blinds in a router to be able to operate them through an app, in which are created personalized scenarios for each room.
In bedrooms, we have been installed Screen roller blinds with 5% openess factor, combined with blackout roller blinds to be operated according to the customer’s needs. The roller blinds covering the large windows in the living room range from 3.5 metres to 4.5 metres wide. Manually operated blinds have been installed in toilets and attics.
